Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Certain items such as personal care products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof.
