Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Bazaarnest. If something is not right, here is how we handle it.
5-day return window
You can request a return within 5 days of receiving your product. The 5 days are counted from the day your order is delivered to you.
How to request a return
Email us at bazaar0201@gmail.com within the 5-day window and include your order number. We will guide you through the next steps. Please send the product back with everything that came in the box, including the USB charging cable.
Return shipping
We pay for return shipping. You do not need to pay anything to send the product back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your returned product, we will process your refund within 3 to 5 days. For cash on delivery orders, we will ask you for your UPI or bank details to send your refund.
Damaged or defective products
If your product arrives damaged, or does not work as it should, we will send you a free replacement. Email us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem.
